这些联盟协议条款将规范您可能涉及访问 21st-thailand.com（网站）或通过其相关服务在 21st-Thailand.com（以下）上提供的相关服务，以下称为 21th Thailand、21th Thailand Hosting、21th Thailand Web Hosting、我们、我们， 或者我们的。这些条款还涵盖了 21st-thailand.com 的所有子域名，包括client.21st-thailand.com.21st-Thailand.com本联盟计划协议中 21st-thailand.com 域名所有者、管理公司（截至撰写时，这里为 Swift Server Tech Limited）、维护/运营网站的个人、代表 21st-thailand.com 提供服务的第三方服务提供商，以及其他参与或以任何方式参与运营的21st-Thailand.com.个人联盟账户、服务和追踪将根据本 21st-thailand.com 协议在 my.serverly.host 下提供。
本网站及服务的用户（以下亦称客户、客户、订阅者、联盟成员、您、您的、他或她）或任何代理人、员工、仆人或有权代表您行事的人员，均应同意使用 21th Thailand 提供或提供的任何功能或服务的条款和条件。如果您不愿意同意，您不得使用我们的网站和服务。

联盟计划的支付方式：
新联盟会员如果不想收取信用额度，且希望通过 PayPal 或类似方式（用真钱而非账户信用）付款，必须在激活账户并赚取至少 2000 泰铢佣金后，发送邮件给客服申请批准。除非获得管理员授权，标准的支付方式是以 my.serverly.host 中列出的服务账户信用的形式，且按 21st-Thailand.com 公告方式进行——如果批准，账户会在账户中添加备注。
联盟佣金的支付金额通常为 3000 泰铢（约合 90 美元），以信用方式存入您的账户。账户信用额度可用于支付或折扣 VPS 和服务器的发票。
联盟职责：
1）联盟网站;确保网站遵守泰国王国、香港及附属机构所在国籍/居住区的本地法律。
2）关联公司不得冒充 21th Thailand 或管理公司（如 Swift Server Tech Ltd.）。且不得使用任何标志、图形或品牌，除非在联盟区域内使用横幅广告。
3）正确使用和维护所有可追踪超链接
4）对关联公司收入向税务机关报告的独自责任及应缴纳的税款负唯一责任。我们不会代表联盟成员缴纳税款。
5）必须遵守所有适用的相关法规和法律，涉及附属活动。
6）若需以真钱支付而非账户信用，不得居住于香港（因税务原因）。
7）在申请支付前，必须至少有 3000 泰铢（泰铢）的清算佣金（支付将由员工自行决定是否拒绝或批准，以防止滥用联盟系统）。
联盟支付
付款将在被推荐客户清算并收到通知付款之日起 60 天后进行。被推荐的客户必须在 60 天内拥有活跃账户，佣金才算有效。
联盟支付通过账户账户或 PayPal（特殊情况下，我们可能考虑电汇）进行支付。银行转账时，我们需要提供全名、公司名称（如适用）、税号、银行账户和分行代码。
佣金仅对产生利润的销售支付。因此，如果我们没有从任何交易中获得收入，则不支付相应交易的佣金。这同样适用于客户要求退款、欺诈或撤销收费的情况（如果支付款项在 90 天内被移除，所欠金额将从联盟中扣除）。
欺诈可能导致联盟账户被终止且无法支付。
在认为有必要的情况下，我们保留拒绝或延迟支付的权利。
在本协议期间，或终止协议后五年内，联盟成员不得讨论或以其他方式向任何人泄露关于我们业务、事务、客户、客户或供应商的机密信息。
赔款
Affiliates shall indemnify 21st Thailand against all liabilities, expenses, costs, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct or indirect losses, penalties and legal costs, loss of profit, loss of reputation (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and any other professional costs or expenses) suffered or incurred by 21st-thailand.com, and/or any managing company, arising from or in connection with the Affiliate’s website, or marketing materials, or approach to the promotion of our products/services online.
Liability
21st Thailand shall not be liable for (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent), any loss or cancellation of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or any similar losses or loss. 21st-Thailand shall also not be liable for any corruption of data or information, equipment failures (including website or servers), pure economic losses, or any indirect or consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising during or after this agreement.
21st Thailand’s and Swift Server Tech Ltd. total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent), restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid under this agreement by 21st Thailand to the Affiliate during the 6 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Commissions
Commissions are earned from selling our main VPS and Server products and services only. Commission is not earned on:
• Domain names
• Product Addons
• Upgrade Orders (however any recurring commissions will increase with the new renewal price)
• Manually created invoices
Termination of Affiliate Agreement
This agreement shall commence on the date that the affiliate signs up in the client area and is approved by admin, and shall continue thereafter until terminated by either party.
21st Thailand may terminate this Agreement at any time. This is likely to happen if we discontinue or the affiliate marketing program or if the affiliate is felt to be breaching the terms and at the discretion of 21st Thailand staff (where there is a valid argument for termination). In most cases, 21st Thailand will endeavor to provide Affiliates with as much notice as possible, but any such termination will be without liability to Affiliate.
Once terminated, all licenses and benefits provided to the affiliate are revoked, including any right to the Affiliate for use of branding or trademarks of 21st Thailand, use of any equipment or provided assets (such as affiliate links), accrued rights of the affiliate as at termination.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the Kingdom of Thailand.
