\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u4e0d\u719f\u6089\u8054\u76df\u94fe\u63a5\u6216\u63a8\u8350\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u67e5\u770b\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6307\u5357\uff1a<\/p>

\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8054\u76df\u534f\u8bae\u6761\u6b3e\u5c06\u89c4\u8303\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6d89\u53ca\u8bbf\u95ee 21st-thailand.com<\/u>\uff08\u7f51\u7ad9\uff09\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u76f8\u5173\u670d\u52a1\u5728 21st-Thailand.com\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff09\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u79f0\u4e3a 21th Thailand\u300121th Thailand Hosting\u300121th Thailand Web Hosting\u3001\u6211\u4eec\u3001\u6211\u4eec\uff0c \u6216\u8005\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6761\u6b3e\u8fd8\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86 21st-thailand.com \u7684\u6240\u6709\u5b50\u57df\u540d\uff0c\u5305\u62ecclient.21st-thailand.com.21st-Thailand.com\u672c\u8054\u76df\u8ba1\u5212\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d 21st-thailand.com \u57df\u540d\u6240\u6709\u8005\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u622a\u81f3\u64b0\u5199\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e3a Swift Server Tech Limited\uff09\u3001\u7ef4\u62a4\/\u8fd0\u8425\u7f51\u7ad9\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u3001\u4ee3\u8868 21st-thailand.com \u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u53c2\u4e0e\u6216\u4ee5\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fd0\u8425\u768421st-Thailand.com.\u4e2a\u4eba\u8054\u76df\u8d26\u6237\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u8ffd\u8e2a\u5c06\u6839\u636e\u672c 21st-thailand.com \u534f\u8bae\u5728 my.serverly.host \u4e0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002<\/p>

\u672c\u7f51\u7ad9\u53ca\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7528\u6237\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4ea6\u79f0\u5ba2\u6237\u3001\u5ba2\u6237\u3001\u8ba2\u9605\u8005\u3001\u8054\u76df\u6210\u5458\u3001\u60a8\u3001\u60a8\u7684\u3001\u4ed6\u6216\u5979\uff09\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u3001\u5458\u5de5\u3001\u4ec6\u4eba\u6216\u6709\u6743\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u884c\u4e8b\u7684\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u5747\u5e94\u540c\u610f\u4f7f\u7528 21th Thailand \u63d0\u4f9b\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u529f\u80fd\u6216\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e0d\u613f\u610f\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u60a8\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f7f\u7528\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>

\u7531\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u672f\u8bed\u662f\u82f1\u6587\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u82f1\u8bed\u6c34\u5e73\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u5b8c\u5168\u7406\u89e3\u8fd9\u4efd\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u4f60\u5e94\u5c06\u6574\u9875\u5185\u5bb9\u7ffb\u8bd1\u5e76\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/strong><\/p>

\u65b0\u8054\u76df\u4f1a\u5458\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u60f3\u6536\u53d6\u4fe1\u7528\u989d\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e14\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7 PayPal \u6216\u7c7b\u4f3c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff08\u7528\u771f\u94b1\u800c\u975e\u8d26\u6237\u4fe1\u7528\uff09\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6fc0\u6d3b\u8d26\u6237\u5e76\u8d5a\u53d6\u81f3\u5c11 2000 \u6cf0\u94e2\u4f63\u91d1\u540e\uff0c\u53d1\u9001\u90ae\u4ef6\u7ed9\u5ba2\u670d\u7533\u8bf7\u6279\u51c6\u3002\u9664\u975e\u83b7\u5f97\u7ba1\u7406\u5458\u6388\u6743\uff0c\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u65b9\u5f0f\u662f\u4ee5 my.serverly.host \u4e2d\u5217\u51fa\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u8d26\u6237\u4fe1\u7528\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e14\u6309 21st-Thailand.com \u516c\u544a\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u2014\u2014\u5982\u679c\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u8d26\u6237\u4f1a\u5728\u8d26\u6237\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u5907\u6ce8\u3002<\/p>

\u8054\u76df\u4f63\u91d1\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u91d1\u989d\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a 3000 \u6cf0\u94e2\uff08\u7ea6\u5408 90 \u7f8e\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fe1\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u5b58\u5165\u60a8\u7684\u8d26\u6237\u3002\u8d26\u6237\u4fe1\u7528\u989d\u5ea6\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u652f\u4ed8\u6216\u6298\u6263 VPS \u548c\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u7684\u53d1\u7968\u3002<\/p>

1\uff09\u8054\u76df\u7f51\u7ad9;\u786e\u4fdd\u7f51\u7ad9\u9075\u5b88\u6cf0\u56fd\u738b\u56fd\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u53ca\u9644\u5c5e\u673a\u6784\u6240\u5728\u56fd\u7c4d\/\u5c45\u4f4f\u533a\u7684\u672c\u5730\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002<\/p>

2\uff09\u5173\u8054\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u5f97\u5192\u5145 21th Thailand \u6216\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u5982 Swift Server Tech Ltd.\uff09\u3002\u4e14\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u6807\u5fd7\u3001\u56fe\u5f62\u6216\u54c1\u724c\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u5728\u8054\u76df\u533a\u57df\u5185\u4f7f\u7528\u6a2a\u5e45\u5e7f\u544a\u3002<\/p>

3\uff09\u6b63\u786e\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u7ef4\u62a4\u6240\u6709\u53ef\u8ffd\u8e2a\u8d85\u94fe\u63a5<\/p>

4\uff09\u5bf9\u5173\u8054\u516c\u53f8\u6536\u5165\u5411\u7a0e\u52a1\u673a\u5173\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u72ec\u81ea\u8d23\u4efb\u53ca\u5e94\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u8d1f\u552f\u4e00\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4ee3\u8868\u8054\u76df\u6210\u5458\u7f34\u7eb3\u7a0e\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>

7\uff09\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u652f\u4ed8\u524d\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u81f3\u5c11\u6709 3000 \u6cf0\u94e2\uff08\u6cf0\u94e2\uff09\u7684\u6e05\u7b97\u4f63\u91d1\uff08\u652f\u4ed8\u5c06\u7531\u5458\u5de5\u81ea\u884c\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u62d2\u7edd\u6216\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u6ee5\u7528\u8054\u76df\u7cfb\u7edf\uff09\u3002<\/p>

\u8054\u76df\u652f\u4ed8<\/strong><\/p>

\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5c06\u5728\u88ab\u63a8\u8350\u5ba2\u6237\u6e05\u7b97\u5e76\u6536\u5230\u901a\u77e5\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77 60 \u5929\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u88ab\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5fc5\u987b\u5728 60 \u5929\u5185\u62e5\u6709\u6d3b\u8dc3\u8d26\u6237\uff0c\u4f63\u91d1\u624d\u7b97\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/p>

\u8054\u76df\u652f\u4ed8\u901a\u8fc7\u8d26\u6237\u8d26\u6237\u6216 PayPal\uff08\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u8003\u8651\u7535\u6c47\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u652f\u4ed8\u3002\u94f6\u884c\u8f6c\u8d26\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u540d\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u79f0\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09\u3001\u7a0e\u53f7\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237\u548c\u5206\u884c\u4ee3\u7801\u3002<\/p>

\u4f63\u91d1\u4ec5\u5bf9\u4ea7\u751f\u5229\u6da6\u7684\u9500\u552e\u652f\u4ed8\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6211\u4eec\u6ca1\u6709\u4ece\u4efb\u4f55\u4ea4\u6613\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u5219\u4e0d\u652f\u4ed8\u76f8\u5e94\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u4f63\u91d1\u3002\u8fd9\u540c\u6837\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5ba2\u6237\u8981\u6c42\u9000\u6b3e\u3001\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6216\u64a4\u9500\u6536\u8d39\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff08\u5982\u679c\u652f\u4ed8\u6b3e\u9879\u5728 90 \u5929\u5185\u88ab\u79fb\u9664\uff0c\u6240\u6b20\u91d1\u989d\u5c06\u4ece\u8054\u76df\u4e2d\u6263\u9664\uff09\u3002<\/p>

\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u8054\u76df\u8d26\u6237\u88ab\u7ec8\u6b62\u4e14\u65e0\u6cd5\u652f\u4ed8\u3002<\/p>

\u5728\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4fdd\u7559\u62d2\u7edd\u6216\u5ef6\u8fdf\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/p>

\u5728\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u6216\u7ec8\u6b62\u534f\u8bae\u540e\u4e94\u5e74\u5185\uff0c\u8054\u76df\u6210\u5458\u4e0d\u5f97\u8ba8\u8bba\u6216\u4ee5\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u6cc4\u9732\u5173\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u4e1a\u52a1\u3001\u4e8b\u52a1\u3001\u5ba2\u6237\u3001\u5ba2\u6237\u6216\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u673a\u5bc6\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>

\u8d54\u6b3e<\/strong><\/p>

Affiliates shall indemnify 21st Thailand against all liabilities, expenses, costs, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct or indirect losses, penalties and legal costs, loss of profit, loss of reputation (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and any other professional costs or expenses) suffered or incurred by 21st-thailand.com, and\/or any managing company, arising from or in connection with the Affiliate’s website, or marketing materials, or approach to the promotion of our products\/services online.<\/p>

Liability<\/strong><\/p>

21st Thailand shall not be liable for (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent), any loss or cancellation of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or any similar losses or loss. 21st-Thailand shall also not be liable for any corruption of data or information, equipment failures (including website or servers), pure economic losses, or any indirect or consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising during or after this agreement.<\/p>

21st Thailand\u2019s and Swift Server Tech Ltd. total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent), restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid under this agreement by 21st Thailand to the Affiliate during the 6 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.<\/p>

Commissions<\/strong><\/p>

Commissions are earned from selling our main VPS and Server products and services only. Commission is not earned on:
\u2022 Domain names
\u2022 Product Addons
\u2022 Upgrade Orders (however any recurring commissions will increase with the new renewal price)
\u2022 Manually created invoices<\/p><\/div>

Termination of Affiliate Agreement<\/strong><\/p>

This agreement shall commence on the date that the affiliate signs up in the client area and is approved by admin, and shall continue thereafter until terminated by either party.<\/p>

21st Thailand may terminate this Agreement at any time. This is likely to happen if we discontinue or the affiliate marketing program or if the affiliate is felt to be breaching the terms and at the discretion of 21st Thailand staff (where there is a valid argument for termination). In most cases, 21st Thailand will endeavor to provide Affiliates with as much notice as possible, but any such termination will be without liability to Affiliate.
Once terminated, all licenses and benefits provided to the affiliate are revoked, including any right to the Affiliate for use of branding or trademarks of 21st Thailand, use of any equipment or provided assets (such as affiliate links), accrued rights of the affiliate as at termination.<\/p>

GOVERNING LAW<\/strong><\/p>

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the Kingdom of Thailand.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
